200 honda accord v6, rough idle and no power when getting on gas
I have a 2000 accord v6 with 188k miles. Starting a few days ago, the car starting running rough at idle, and when I get on the gas it has no pickup. Had the catalytic converter checked, all good there. I do not have any CEL on. I can rev the engine while parked and it seems fine, but when I put it in gear and take off it has some pickup, but not like what it should have. Any suggestion?

What is the age of the plugs?
A good cleaning of the TB and the IAC can't hurt anything. You don't have to pull it apart like the pic - but you do want to get both sides of the butterfly.
After cleaning I would do the idle re-learn procedure.
