Need some guidance on fixing idle problem
Ok guys I need some guidance on how to clean the idle air control valve, fast idle thermo valve, throttle body, and egr valve. I have an idle issue where when I turn on the AC, the rpm drops really low and the engine shakes hard to the point it wants to stall out. It did this only once when I was pulling out of a drive way with the AC on full blast.
Today I thought maybe a cable idle adjustment might be the fix. My reason was because on a cold start, the rpm are at 500. When the car is warm and running the rpm are still low. I ended up adjusting the cable and bringing the rpm to 1,000 on cold start up. I fired on the AC and the rpm still drops to a low 300 or so. After some research on google and the board I found that IACV, FITV, and TB are dirty and need cleaning. My car has 164,000 miles and as far as I know has never been done. I found these threads:

https://honda-tech.com/forums/acura-integra-6/%2A%2A%2Ahow-clean%2A%2A%2A-your-iacv-k-idle-air-control-valve-1575913/
But I am still unclear, my car is a 95 Honda Accord and I am a visual since I do not have much mechanical experience. Do you guys have some pics I can view to begin the process? I appreciate the help.
Thank you!
