Don't think so. That kit is showing for coupe/sedan, which use a 10.2" rotor and smaller caliper.
The wagon and V6 models use a larger 11.1" brake rotor and larger Prelude VTEC aka ITR caliper in the front. I believe the rear is the same as a coupe/sedan with ABS. Technically you already have a factory "big brake kit" in the front. Just get some good pads like Hawk HPS and stainless steel brake lines and you'll have more brake than tire. I upgraded my LX to the V6 front brakes and it's more than enough brake to lock up the front wheels at speed with good street tires.

To take it one step further, Id look for a pair of 98-99 2.3CL hubs and use the bigger rotor from a 98-99 3.0CL Thats what I did on my 95 Ex wagon. (No more crappy HOR design)

Good luck finding the hubs for the ROH swap....They were basically impossible to find when I was looking at brake upgrades 8-9 years ago. Unless you get super lucky with a junkyard find I don't really see it happening anymore. HOR really only adds about 20 minutes to a brake job if you know what you're doing anyway. Zip the axle nut off, pop the lower balljoint loose, remove the inner hub bolts, thread in some longer ones and tap around them in a circle. Hub and rotor assembly will come right out without a press, slide hammer, etc required.

Would you use the stock wagon caliper and pads or would anything else need to be switched out?

How come you switching out? Wagon brakes are already bigger than the sedan brakes.
Do you really hate the hub over rotor design enough to bother going through the trouble to swap?

Im not trying to go any bigger or anything just wanna make it easier for the next brake job. Would probably only take 5-10 minutes a side with the swap while the HOR took me about 30-40 minutes a side.

Re: 1997 Honda Accord Wagon Brake Question
When I did the front brakes, I didnt change the calipers at all on my wagon. I just changed the 95 2.2l wagon hub to the 98-99 2.3CL hub. I did however use 3.0CL rotors since they're same size as the stock wagon rotors.
