stage1
since i got her i have re attached the roof visor(half *** tape job)..cleaned up some of the bodylines..fixed her hood..raised the front end a bit(the 205s rubbin on the fenders was too much for me),she had ebay, corner cutting, bolt missing, un daily drivable suspension.. for now shes riding on blues and ground control(ballin on a budget)..swapped out the 8" rims for my original factory chrome dipped blades off my 2000 dc2..me n this car have been through hell and back in the last two months..glad shes got someone who respects her..shes gettin the respect she needs...Esmerelda

Finally got to a track day this year since my rebuild over the winter. Familiar track to me but now with more power.
Here's a video of me driving...

Had my dad in the passenger seat for a bit too!

Re: where the ej1 love at? post pics
i dyno'd 276 whp at 17 psi on a dyno that gives notoriously low reading (ppl making 440 on one dyno made 360 on this one). I made 200 on 8 psi last year on a stock motor at another place so i'm going back there this week to redyno to have a better comparison, should be a little over 300 whp.
and my condolensces to you KinDx for your father not being able to go for a ride with you...i always make sure to appreciate the time i can spend with mine brother.
here's my bay...

Looking good in the track man...
sounds like a a well put together set-up.
i'm hoping to finish the little things i got left on my car so i can start tracking.
i've done a few autocross events in the past with my previous EM1 and i really liked it. so hopefully this 94 K Dx i got will be ready for some fun soon.
would you mind sharing your suspension set-up?
Spring Rates?
Sway Bar size?
Camber settings?
I currently have KYB AGX shocks with 450lbs/500lbs coilovers along with full GSR brakes all around,24/14mm sway Bars, drilled rotors, ceramic pads, NO front camber kit, Rear Camber kit. just waiting for my basemap so i can take it to get an alignment. but i'm seeking around what would be a good alignment setting for the track with my Susp. Mods. therefore i'm gathering info from fellow Ej1/2 Owners
Thanks
here it is, being waiting for about 1 month for my tuner to come by..

Re: where the ej1 love at? post pics
brakes are stock Si front (canadian civic, your ex) with integra rear disc conversion because canadian si's came with drums in the rear. brembo blanks and hawk hp+ all around. ATE super blue brake fluid and russel braided lines.
suspension is Zeal Function A coilovers 16kg front/12kg rear with an ASR subframe brace with 24mm sway bar. no camber kit in front but ive achieved -2.5 degrees of camber just through lowering. rear is a no name camber kit with about -1.7 camber but i'll be changing it to about -2.0 soon. i also have the Ksport rear toe links, important piece right there for a proper alignment.

what is your toe setting? Front and Rear.
i would love to upgrade to a bigger rear sway bar but as of now i just want to get the car ready and start tracking it then add mods from there.. you know!!
thanks for sharing
