Yes Sir... The Craftsman Ship Is Great compared to other top Brands... I dont like the Adjustment Rod on the D2's and K Sports... They Bend and Twist and Get Stuck...

This comment is funny. All 3 of those are made in the same factory

If you ever look at a shock dyno you'd know why solo racers almost exclusively run Koni.

Well I knew that D2 and KSport are made in the same place... I also know that a friend of mine has D2's and the damn Adjustment Rods were Stuck into the Coilover (The Rods are supposed to be able to be Removed) and we finally got the Rod out and then it took 30 Minutes to go back In, we bent the Rod because of the force we had to use to get it back in... I've had no Complaints out of my Functions... I know 3 Other People Running the Same Suspension, all of which have had their suspension for over a year and a half, (I've had mine since August 07.) and they havent had a single complaint either.... Then Again we arent "Solo Racers" or Track ****** but we all do some spirited Driving... For me Proof is in the Puddin' and them (Function and Form) Being able to Withstand the Daily abuse for a couple of years without problem is a Good Product in my book

as long as you are happy but to say that F2 is a top brand is a bit of a stretch IMO. then again, it's my opinion.

Oh I know there are Plenty out there that are better, I guess I should have specified about the other brands being D2, KSport, ETC... I'm Happy with my Setup... No need for HIGH dollar stuff if I never track it.

I heard type 2s are considered "real" suspension but GCs are sleeves and so that combo isnt as good?

Im completely lost once again. As far as I know KY/GC was a real good combo but then theres others that are priced as high as 3k so really what is the best setup that money can buy and what is the most popular setup?

best bang for the buck IMO is KY/ GC. Who cares if they are "sleeves." its spring that sits on a perch. at least with "sleeves" you dont have to take the lower joint off just to adjust ride height. and again, there is a reason that the RR/AX forum only ever talks about KY/GC.... as well as most solo racers out there. but, its all opinion anyways right?

Until you look at a shock dyno.

The Thing about certain Full Coilovers that I Like over the Sleeve Coilovers... Is that I have more adjustability. I have 18 Way Adjustable Shocks and I can Raise and Lower the car without affecting the spring rate. In my Opinion, For what I do, I'm glad I went with the Full Coilover, I paid Less than the Koni/GC and got more adjustability.

i have 1piece coilovers, but i will say... just because u have more adjustability doesn't mean they are better. Most kids on the street do not know enough about suspension tuning that they don't need a 36-way adjustable coiilover. also companies out there make some cheap-quality 1 piece coilovers that in time would probably break, bind, or seize before konis/gc.

How do you compare the two... Just Cruising on the Street or Like Driving them on the Track or What?

I Know there really isnt A need for 36 Way adjustability... But I will say my Coilovers (18 Way) are valved pretty well. Just a single turn on the **** makes a difference. And I do Fully understand how my suspension works... I know how to adjust my spring tension and I know how to properly lower a car without using the adjustment on the spring. There are plenty of people that I've helped set up their suspension because they dont fully understand how it works... The first thing they want to do is Lower by the Spring... WHICH IS WRONG... unless you want to take tension off the spring for a softer ride. For me the Extra Adjustability is great because I understand it, I cant speak for the people that dont know what they are doing, cause I got the 411 on my FULL Suspension.
