I did see the Grind mark... It did not look like a 5 had been ground off. This would just mean usdm type r. But it kinda looky like a 1..... Fail.... 
But on the other Note, Im not hating, or Smack talking, I feel that all these kids should bite the Bullet, and Build their own ****. Taking "Someones" word for it, Is just not good enough.
Oh yea, Zeh Teggys boosted. I just pulled out the Built LS block it had, and Slaped in my Secret Weapon!

I dont hate. Congrats, Buildin your own **** is where its at. Buildin a type-r is like pissing in the wind, You might as well got a Gsr and saved some money. But i see what your getting at.

Yeah the Type R engine is a good engine if u leave it alone... No need in wasting the money buying it if all your going to do is build it anyways... If you build the Gsr and the Type R nothing is going to be different...

but also im setting the type R up stock and making it fast as possible with the car, as a whole, set up right im not gonna boost it till this winter then yes after i boost it it would have been same as gsr except one lil detail its a rare(or was rare around here lol) type R still get the braggin rights of owning it
i got my type r from canada. beat that *****s lmao
