MK1 VW GTI-15x9in wheels, beige paint, sparco interior, VW R32 V6 TURBO swap- hasnt been tuned yet.
EG civic(looks totally stock)-11.5 1/4mile
EK civic(looks stock with URV8SUX license plate)-wouldnt show ANYONE the engine-runs mid 9's to high 10's (I only know this because im friends with a good friend of his.

The Cobra started talking smack about the EK's plates, they raced......Guess who won.

dont you have all the shops out there,cant you pick up a low mileage b16 one without worrying about shipping for 700 800 bucks? I mean I dont kno how ur funds are but buying a used tranny from someone you dont know is myeh

money's sort of an issue right now and it's hard finding a b16 tranny for under 7 bills out here. i guess i could settle for another GSR tranny for 4-5 bills, but like you said i'm kinda sketchy about buying it from someone i don't really know.

yeah I know! I was hoping the street type would give me the n1 sound but not AS LOUD. But its like non existant

Hopefully the cat and resonator will tone it down a BIT.

I need an n1 now to "complete" the look im going for and I dont wanna hack up the street type anymore to make it fit perfectly..

how big is your B piping now? my friend had the N1 with 2 1/2" piping, resonator, and silencer and that thing was still kinda loud.
