Update: Last saturday I took out the seats and shampooed them as well as the carpet, which was very overdue. I had seat covers which I most certainly did not like. They look cheap but hey... They hide ugly. Needless to say the interior looks much better now.

I also painted a bit... I taped off the grill and bumper. I PlastiDipped the cross bar in the grill b/c I always see that yellow DA slammed on the white wheels with the grill blacked out and think "Hey... I like that." I think deep down I secretly wish I had a 92-93 front. IDK... But at least with the PlastiDip, it's not permanent. If I get tired of it, I can just peel it back off.

This was after the first light dusting coat...


I sanded and painted the front lip with some satin black (Not PlastiDip - I want the lip to stay painted for sure) and also hit the much needed wiper arms. Silver Wipers FTL!! I'm so happy to have all of the black back to "FRESH" instead of "FADED."

Next mission: color matched mirrors. Any body wanna hook me up with some?

Also, I should be swapping out some O.E. struts this weekend. Finally able to can the stock **** with 212K miles on them. Can we say worn the *** out!! WOOT! I'm going with the KYB excel G's on account of this being just a budget DD and $$ isn't growing on our tree anymore.

Nice lil detail to freshen the front end. I also like how you take pride in your DD despite not having the $$$ to complete your vision. Strong wrk. Keep it up

Thanks! That means a lot... But for serious- I always feel like I don't get any cred b/c my ride isn't worth $10K. When it's your DD, your only, and your toy... You work with what you got. But I will say that I am a huge fan of O.E. clean. I prefer the exagerated factory/OE look. I want my cars to look like the bad-*** pre-production model you see at the car show the year before it actually comes out. If you know what I mean... They always look like the more BA version of the real car. And aftermarket, from my experience, always feels cheap or low-quality. I'm an ATLien, so I have always liked the quote "So Fresh and So Clean"

I do, I know DbInfected has some too. I think the GF would kill me right now buying more stuff. She was kind of pissed on the 2nd set of 16" ITR wheels.

Well then the mods a liar, I specifically asked why my post got deleted. The reply I got back was this "someone reported your for sale post". Oh well I suppose, I ended up selling what I was selling anyways haha. I just figured it was ok to post up Integra specific stuff in here.

times have changed...but my db has stayed the same haha. i've lived in japan for the past three years and stored the integra stateside....not sure if i'm motivated to finish this still or not. we'll see when i get back. really all it has left to be done is my (trainwreck) k24a2 swap i have 80% of the parts for...or just put a clean gsr swap in it and cruise haha. i'm bringing back this (hr30 skyline)


and owned this (bnr32 gtr) before that haha

not sure... been loosing interest in the sedan and thinking about swapping the motor and suspension into something more factory looking and less aggressive.

that and i took a step back and realized i can buy me a nice mid 2000 luxury sedan if i sell some parts. so stay tuned on a possible part out.

.. Sucks to hear you're losing interest in the sedan. However, I love the idea of you thinking our beloved chassis is too "aggressive". Who thought that could be possible for a sedan ? Anywho, I'm glad I had the opportunity Khoa to meet you and your DB. Hopefully it's not the end but I have a hunch it is for your DB .

I used to work for a Lexus dealership and drove all sorts of luxury cars on a daily basis. For some reason I always preferred my DB8. It was pretty stock at the time, there was just something about it. Just don't regret it. Good luck.
