intake, header, exhaust. Then intake manifold if you weren't including that. If it's a daily driver that's about where it stops for me.
I would only do that with an LS 5th gear. The experience I have had tells me that B20 blocks/oil pumps are not particularly strong at higher rpms. I would not want to daily drive that on the highway at a higher rpm than needed.
But first gear through fourth gear - absolutely.

I was not certain if I would need a new ECU so it can be programmed to better accomodate the mods and/or to better map the air/fuel ratio. And on that note... should I be looking to swap out the stock ECU now with only having the B20 swap? It drives fine, but i feel like the power curve drops off around 4-5k RPM.
And on the trans part, I am afraid of any other trans unless it had an LS 5th. I have heard the same thing about the high revs being a problem. Maybe someone knows more about this... I have the stock DB1 clutch (what's the name for it?) and I am running 4,000 RPM at 80MPH. I drive almost all highway miles to work everyday. This has always concerned me since doing the B20 swap...

I was kinda thinking the same thing. I was reading the thread yesterday about the Proformer X IM. I like the sounds of that.

The power curve drops off at 4-5k RPM, not because of the ecu, but because you have a b20. Nothing wrong with the PR4. Maybe do a 94-95 LS ECU (P75) and convert to obd-1 if you need to.
Just do the short geared trans with an LS fifth gear. If you don't know how to take the trans apart, find someone who does and just pay them to do it. It'll be worth it. first through fourth will feel like a whole new car. there will be a drop off in fifth gear, but you'll be ok with that when your driving to work. Just shift a little higher than usual in fourth.

Re: DA Integra's Only
Finally wrapped up the front suspension stuff with my car this weekend and finished a few odds and ends. Drove it Friday night after getting it all done. It was a blast but drove like an actual race car with how much toe is in the car right now. Gonna hopefully get it aligned tomorrow or so if my buddy has time.
I was so excited to get it done.
I put a new oil pan gasket on and noticed it was leaking a bit after I drove it, thinking pan might be slightly bent since this isn't the first gasket leaking in that spot, gotta check next time I drive it.

I wouldn't do the Performer X on a daily driver. Keep is simple. Go with one of the cheap manifolds that replicate the OEM Type R or just keep it stock. No tuning will be needed. The stock ECU with an o2 sensor can handle the mods I'm talking about.
