Re: ** The offical 96-00 civic 4dr thread ** PART 3
I'll get one soon, after the re-re-re-alignment. Sometimes I wish this thing wasn't my daily.
On another note, while I was down in Fullerton, I also picked up the new transmission mount for the J32 swap. This thing is...impressive!!! Please dint mind the dirty floor mats, these will be changing soon when I swap in the black Vi-RS carpet.

Thanks BC!
We will be waiting Cobb!.
Driver fender mounted today, along with headlights, and bumper loosely fitted. Adjusting the body lines before I lock it all down. I also ordered some clear markers from ICB, these ambers got to go ( PS if anyone wants to trade blue for black fronts, I'm so down! ).
my mentor Nate BGP! LOL

I have a question for you guys I have a 99 sedan. I'm getting ready to lower it. I thought I had my mind made up and was going to put progress 350 / 3:50 on the car. I rode in a CRX over the weekend with just konis set on the lower perch and on factory springs. Of course the car looks lower because a CRX naturally is going to be lower than a sedan. I'm not wanting to be real low I just want to firm up the ride. I am on 205 50 15 tires. Has anyone else just ever put struts on their car like I'm talking about? If so do you have a picture? The same guy has a EM1 on progress. It's a 3:50 / 2:50 set up and it's a little choppy for me. The coils are at their highest setting

HAHAH yes I will "hint" just send me a text on "specs/expectations" for both engine and trans.
Humble thanks. What a journey this year has been.
after a tidying up of the background, I was able to take a quick snapshot. Things I must address before it's on the road: ABS/Braking System - Soft pedal. Exhaust Piping, Oil Change & Dyno tune.

did you trim down the bulb to fit the jdm headlights? or are they not h4h like the egs? i would love to see comparison against the regular pnp hid kits.

Thanks bud! It's a team effort, and we won everything this month except the pit stop competition so it's a success. When Honda wins, we all do! It's a little tough that it couldn't be my guy, but yeah, Rossi is something special and I hope he's around for a while!

You've always been far to kind Lawrence. After I get this car running solid, it won't grow much from here. I have some other things I need to catch/finish up on.

Re: ** The offical 96-00 civic 4dr thread ** PART 3
Flickr worked today
So here is one of my favorite pictures of my car. Everything was working fine, no issues except the clutch needed to be replaced.
Then this happened...
Got rear ended by a truck on the freeway. Car was totaled and I bought the car from the insurance. Original plan was to get it repaired but cost was too high. So for several weeks I searched for another sedan. I almost gave up and was about to buy a coupe or CRV, but good thing I visited this thread and realized how much I love my sedan. So I kept looking until I found this 96 Ex.
And then there were two.
Parts started to swap from Sir Ash to S04
It's going to be a busy weekend. I'm planning on going grey or red again but not anytime soon. I'm still undecided if I will keep the 96-98 front or swap to 99-00, but what's the purpose of having a 96-98 if I'm going to change it.
