i have the same problem on my daily. you'll have to take the door panel off. and if i remember correctly, tighten the screw holding the glass down on that side or if there's no screw i think the track has to be pinched or something to keep the glass from wobbling. like i said i cant remember 100% lol
mine does this too on the passenger side, i have been meaning to pop the door panel off. every time someone gets in my car and rolls the window down it doesnt roll back up right. annoying.

Re: ** The offical 96-00 civic 4dr thread ** PART 2
good evening guys
jason, as promised I did my door inserts today and took pics of how I did it for ya.
here is the pic of the panel after my first attempt.. falling off and shitty
taped up and ready to go
next up I cut out 4 rectangle chunks of my black microsuede approx 8" wide x 26" long to make 100% sure the area will be fully covered with excess left to push into the creases.
I used this, there are a bit stronger ones but this is plenty sticky enough for this application.
Next up spray the back of your material and the door panel itself, don't worry if the adhesive gets on the door panel around where you tape off, it will rub right off once it's tacked up a bit.
now let both parts *fabric and door* tack up so it isn't wet anymore then carefully lay your fabric on and work from one side to the other to keep the wrinkles out, make slits where necessary to work the fabric a bit easier.
once it's on, take a plastic window trim stick or a metal scraper and carefully push the fabric into the crease. It's easiest to lift up the material around the crease and push in instead of trying to just shove it down in there while it's stuck to the tape.
Just go slow and work your way around checking for creases as you go.
Once you have everything folded into the creases, let it dry for a bit longer. 2-3 mins. Then take a BRAND NEW razor blade and slowly and carefully cut the excess material out of the creases.
Now un-tape, reassemble and put it back on. repeat this process 3 more times
Feel free to use this as you please, quote it or whatever, just give credit please.
hope this helps you jason! I'm really glad i did it tonight, makes me feel better my interior is getting cleaned up again
