i like the torque that a b20vtec puts out. But looks like im going lsvtec all motor.Im talking 400whp 340 lbs torque walking all over Chad's turbo ls/vtec type of ****. I might round up another platform to drop in the motor (93 hatch) and keep the civic as Daily Driver

Re: (.Beaver)
import faceoff houston sucked! half of the events was cancelled from drift to the bikini contest and we still had to pay in full. the only high light of the day was when HOOTER's came out and gave out free HOT WINGS. yum yum and when a 8 second(almost broke into the 7's but had a bad launch) s14 ripped the faces of the domestics that was there.

also, the carshow part really sucked! 99.9 percent of the cars there was crap. MY expletiveed up coupe looked better than most of the cars there. the only car really worth going to see was a sorcery wide body nsx and a mildly built r33 gtr and a couple of clean hondas. the car show part:

im not talking about like a minute or so warm up, my car will do this unless i warm it up for 5 minutes or so. weather has typically been around 20'f</TD></TR></TABLE>
my car does this a lot. It will drop about 500rpm.
I would account this to the car not being fully warmed up.
It's hard for my car to keep at normal operating temp.
Our highs have not broke 20* in some time.
However, with the cold dense air, my 6lbs of boost from AZ warm weather is equal to about 10lbs here in the cold midwest!

so whats the difference? ill pay 75% of what he did building an LSV. use a similiar piston, and save a couple grand by gathering all my own parts versus a peakboost kit and make more power.

Im about to order the CTR style lip from JDMshit.com, anyone have any experiences purchasing this lip from them regarding how the fitment is? Im kinda picky and dont want any gaps. Thanks
Just for reference:
Here's an Update: just picked up some 99-00 tail lights after getting qtr panel fixed. Ill take some pics soon probably after I get the lip.
