I bought this gsr from the original owner whom I know, with 146k on the odometer 04/15/10. It currently has 151k as of 10/27/10 and is daily driven less than 10 miles a day (4 miles to work and back) He had $4500 into the motor for a full rebuild but still seemed to have compression issues so when I bought it I tore everything out and decided to replace what seemed to IFFY. I went to JDM Engine Depot in Kearny NJ to buy a clean JDM b18c with low miles. All of their engines are guarenteed from 45-65k. It turned out to be an awesome investment and it performs 10 times better than the 146k rebuilt usdm gsr engine. I purchased an Exedy OEM clutch kit and a 9.5lb Flywheel, OEM timing belt Water pump. Installation at my house took less than 8 hours and I was driving it by the end of the night. A few tasteful mods since then have been added. I am possibly open to trades or for sale?
