I need 2 shocks, and 2 struts, and also springs for my 2003 honda civic si. I don`t race, and I need the suspension to be comfortable because were I live the roads are mostly rough. I would like to drop my civic no more then 1 because I heard that anything under 1 will give me a rough ride. I`m also a fan of a company that backs up there products with a very good warranty. So please take that into consideration.

Koni's are a great choice. Lifetime warranty should have you pretty happy. Call us at 1-800-959-0145 ext 1 to discuss more, ask for Eddie.

It's been 3 weeks since I placed my order and I've been getting the run around on a response to my order shipment and tracking information... I've sent an email after the initial request and that went unanswered... I was also told last Friday that I would be contacted on Monday about the status... it is now Wednesday and still no information. I'd just cancel the order, but I'll be hit with restocking fees so please update me on my order status.

Sorry, got a little frustrated with the situation after not having a couple of emails replied to for a week (email is much easier than calling because I work nights). Finally decided to call on my day off... spoke to Eddie who transferred me to Adam.
Apparently the shocks I wanted (Not honda/acura) were not instock so Koni had to make them. Adam even bumped my shipping to 3 day so I should have them early/middle next week, and called me twice to update me on the status of the order.
