Choosing Rims online, how?

Choosing Rims online, how?
So i have been looking at rims on various website and simulators, trying to keep it 14inch or maybe 15inch as there are a few more options for a 97 Del Sol
Some of the rims when i search in google images i find them on cars and they look terrible but in the photos online they look so much better, something about them being on the car with the rotor etc; doesnt make them look as appealing
So how do yall choose, would hate to spend $600 and then hate how they look

Re: Choosing Rims online, how?
My tastes are far more broad then just "one singular design". So, I tend to get several options and keep changing things up. And, to be fair, investing $600 for wheels... isn't really an investment. That's a pretty budget-priced set, knock-off's, or a used set of decent original wheels.
