books for tig welding?
im pretty much self taught at tig welding i picked it up pretty easy. the only tig i have access to is at my work its a dynasty 350. now im too the point were im very comfortable welding steel and alluminum. but id like to learn more about it like differnt torch set ups i always use 1/8 red tungsten i know i spelled that wrong with a small cup i dont even know much about changeing it since its at work and thats all we have. id also like to learn more about all the settings on the machine from what i hear you can do alot with that machine. so is there any books or websites to help me out? thanks.

The Miller Electric web site has the manual for the machine you're using. It's in electronic form and you can download it and learn about every function the 350 has.
The Miller web site also has a technical section with lots of specific articles and information about how to use the various functions.
WeldingWeb is also an interesting site. Hobart and Lincoln also have websites with forums that discuss different issues.
WeldingTipsandTricks is another site with videos and articles.
That should keep you going for a few hours.
