How do you guys weld your manifodls together?
Hey guys I was wondering if anyone whats to share how they weld there manifodls together. Do you guys all weld the collector up completely then after all the tubes are tacked together weld them completely? Or do some you guys tack all the pipes together and then take it apart and weld each of the 4 tubes seperately and then weld them to the flange?
thanks
thanks

Thanks anyone else want to add?
I am more so wondering, those of you who weld the collector together first once you get all the tube welded together how are you able to weld around the collector on the inside. I know maybe a small pen torch but even then that is almost to big to fit in there.

OMG where did you that paper from? LOL Fred Flintstone called and he wants it back. Anyway ,You always tack the whole thing together first. Then the first or the last tube you tack it a little more .Then you cut the tacks on the other 3 and take them off the flange. Then you weld the one that is on the flange all the way .Then you weld the other 3 .Then you put them back in the flange and using the first one to index how the other 3 will go.It should fall in place.
