OEM black si lip, no missing or broken tabs
just some scrapes on the bottom side which i will show you
comes with all nuts bolts and everything else. plug and play

this is where is the scratch mark on the bottom of the lip is.
CLEAN *** ctr headlights, ive never used them
got this from a friend which took great care of them
they look brand new!!!! comes with city lights
