Default tick tick tick tick tick

My friend's car sort of has a wierd ticking noise going on when he's driving. It sounds like its coming from behind the dash behind the steering column. The guages are all acting fine so I'm not too sure of what it could be. And this car is a Ford Taurus, so just keep in mind it's not Honda

In tune with engine rpm only, or with increasing speed?

Found your problem....its a Taurus. J/K my dad's escort does it too. i think it has something to do with the speedo cause i unpluged it and it went away adn pluged it back in and it came back.
nothing to worrie about
