Should I get a new oil pump? how do I tell if mine is good?
hey whats up guys, I just have a couple of quick questions. Im totally rebuilding my block and dont know if I should get a new oil pump. Im not sure how many miles my current oil pump has on it cause it came with the block that I am rebuilding. BUt I have replaced every bearing, seal, pistons (.25 CTR), had the block decked, and new water pump. Im not sure if I should replace the oil pump. what do you guys think? how much is a new oil pump? How would I tell if my oil pump is good or not? any help or advice or opinions are really appreciated. Thanks by the way, its a b16 block with b17 crank and rods and CTR .25 Oversized pistons

you could maybe reuse it
but an new oil pump in a rebuild sure why not. everything else is new
125-130 dallors.
