no start

Connect a 12V test light to the pos.(+) and neg.(-) of the external coil crank the engine, if test light flashes the ICM, TDC, CYP and CKP must be good, so if spark is an issue it is the coil or after it.

You said injector pulse was weak/random, make sure both IPG1 and IPG2 at ECU/ECM have power when ign. switch is on and when cranking to start.
Do the same with all injectors, confirm there is 12V+ at each injector when ign. switch is on and when cranking to start.

I assume you have done the obvious...
Check valve timing.
Check ign. timing.
Compression test.
Checked valve lash.

If the above have not been done, do them, let me know what you find. 94
