Need SMOG help.... bad numbers, what to fix?

Default Need SMOG help.... bad numbers, what to fix?

HC(ppm)
15mph 118, max was 90
25pmh 61, max was 56

co% passed under .10 each

NO(ppm)
15mph 1449, max was 711
25mph 892, max was 754

what do i need to pass my smog... new CAT??? or wat is needed to get this to pass?

You need to give a little more information about what car it is, whether it has been modified, etc. before anyone can supply any real help. Also supply all the information from the emissions printout. My gut reaction would be to test the cat. Does this car have EGR?

stock 94 gsr. 130k on it.

ignition timing( defective)
egr, idk what that is....
