re: how many pressure bolts are used to mount pressure plate to flywheel for a B series
My last flywheel (ACT) took 9, my arp kit comes with 9, the exedy flywheel in my lap only takes 6. I Was like WTF>!$?# IM GUNDAIE!%# but if OEM is 6 then meh.
Weird this flywheel seems nicer in most other ways but..9 bolts couldn't hurt tho..?
Also makes me wonder WTF I got the extra 3 bolts from..lol..I didn't have the arp PP bolts when my eg went together just the flywheel bolts..and I'm pretty sure the aftermarket had 9..
curious where my stock one went.

The 3 extra bolts look nice holding the distributor to the head.

Just pulled the factory flywheel off my '93 GSR B17A1 and it had nine, I was pretty sure the other one I took off also had nine but 100% sure after yesterday.
The aftermarket that went in took 6.
I know old thread, but..for future searches.

Yes, the '90-93 Integras had nine pressure plate bolts from the factory. It was determined that the number of bolts needed was only six, so Honda/Acura decided to save three bucks per car and began installing only six pressure plate bolts from that point on. Many aftermarket clutch plates have nine holes in them just in case it is used on an early car since the pressure plate is essentially the same for all "B" series applications . Just for reference, a Dodge Viper V10 makes over 500 HP from the factory... and only has six pressure plate bolts holding the clutch to the flywheel.
