Default greddy new turbo timer counter issue problem...

alright i hooked up my greddy turbo timer (the new one that looks like the boost controller). i followed the directions i found here and connected straight to the egnition. but somehow, when i drive, the turbo timer starts countering upward. sometimes all the way up to 8:00 minutes, then it gets stuck there. then if i reach my destination, and shut off my car then it'll activate the turbo timer and start counting down from there. why is this? is it suppose to do this? hrmmmm. or did i forget something

You have to switch the setting on it to p-1 or p-2 so you can set your own count down time.

that is how i have my greddy timer set up too. my starting default countdown time after the ignition is turned off is set at 1min 30sec. depending on how hard i drive the car, how fast i drive, and how long i drive, the timer increases the amount of time needed to cool down the turbo.

that is how it's supposed to be nothing is wrong.

its on auto mode, where it calculates times that is necessary, if you don't like it like this do like mentioned above and change to p1 or p2, but it is normal though
