Default Fuse box wiring harness/ lighting/ rad fans wiring

hey guys so when I first got my Integra I ended up cutting the wiring coming from under the fuse box. I found the same year Integra in a junkyard and I can get the wiring from it. But it's auto. Will this matter? And I got a lot of other stuff today and started taking it out. But it was a real bitch and they would have closed if I stayed too long. But the wiring to stuff I won't need/ cruise control/ wiper fluid/ can I just cut it? And when i get to the part where it goes into the cabin it just doesn't wanna come out. Any help is appreciated guys. If this will work being an auto that is. I have a standard.

96 ls. I'm getting the lighting wiring from a 96 ls as well. I just got the driver side today. (Usdm) I'll get the fuse box side tomorrow. But I like ripped the dash apart trying to get the wiring out. I guess you gotta take the whole dash off? It was hard to get.

If you want all the wiring harnesses you will have to pull the dash and there are differences between the auto and 5 speed wiring harnesses., mostly in the dash section, example in an auto there is no wiring for CIS or starter relay, that is in the auto harness auto gear position switch harness along with the back up light switch that is on the engine harness in a 5 speed 94

ok but the driver side shouldn't matter? Just the fuse box side? Or did I just waste my money.... where else could I get the wiring then? I need the fuse box side for certain half of it is cut off....
