Default CRV Cylinder Head On B16A2 Block

I have seen this now and again, will a Honda CRV head work on a B-Series engine (such as a B16A2)? If I recall the CRV engine is a B20 (correct me if I'm wrong). So what has to be done, do you have to bore out the cylinders to compensate for the bigger combustion area in the CRV head? Will the camshafts interchange? What about getting aftermarket parts such as valves, springs retainers, are they the same as the B16A2 head? Will the manifolds bolt right on? What about the timing belt, can you use your B16A2 camgears so the tooth count will be right and the cylinder head height? I am not very good at this Frankenstein stuff so any information or advice would be greatly appreciated.
