Default Code 0 Solid CEL

I have a built B20B with a B16 Head. I have a P28 and I am tuning with Crome Pro. Yesterday, my Vtec was coming on, then would go off. I was getting code 21 vtec solenoid. I repinned a new wire directly to the solenoid. Then I got a Solid CEL. Fuel Pump primes, and Master Relay comes on. Car wont start. Switched back to the old wire. CEL cleared out, then came back. I have tried resetting ECU, checked grounds, checked wires, reflashed the rom and still have a Solid CEL. I am out of ideas. Any help is appreciated.

Solid cel is an issue internal to the ecu, sure your ROM is correct and what wire (pin location)did you pin to to the solenoid?

I repinned A4 on the ecu. I am positive that the rom is correct. It is working fine. I can reflash and verify. I have tried two other known working roms.

Also, when the ignition is on, the IACV buzzes loudly. If I disconnect the ECT Sensor, the buzzing changes pitch.

have you checked what happens if you reset the ecu, then unplug the iacv, then turn ignition on?

also, try removing the j1 jumper so it ignores the chip and reads from the stock rom.

Solved. I opened the ECU to find one of the pins from my Ostrich 2 had broken. Thanks to the superfast service from Moates, I am back up and running.
