DA Integra Inner Tire Wear
I have what I would consider extreme inner tire wear for my moderately lowered DA Integra and wanted to get some opinions as to what could be causing it.
I lowered my car 2-3” on Koni/GC and had it aligned before installing some new wheels and tires (15x7.5 32 offset with 205-50-15 Kuhmo’s). Alignment was set to ~0 toe front and rear with about -2 degrees of camber in the rear and -2.5 or so in the front.
After about 4k miles on the tires I started getting noticeable inner tire wear so I bought and installed some Skunk2 UCA, did the rear washer trick, and had it re-aligned. That alignment was also ~0 toe front and rear and about -1.5 degrees of camber all around.
I’ve now had the tires for about 12k miles and the inner wear still seems too fast.
The pictures below show my tires as they are now. I’ve rotated the tires clockwise twice, once at 5k and again at 10k so each tire has been in its current position for about 2k miles.
Any thoughts? I read on here about people with twice the negative camber I’m running and supposedly no inner wear so I’m confused as to the cause. I’d also like to know how much life I’ve got left on these tires due to the inner wear. I replaced my RTA bushings this past week and had it re-aligned and they called me wanting to sell me tires due to the “dangerously” worn tires.
