The fork at the bottom of the rear 92-95 shocks is too wide for the EK LCAs. You will have to have spacers made fit on either side of the bushing to take up the slack. If you use washer to fill the space, they can compress over time and allow all the weight of the car to push directly on the bolt. That can cause the bolt to eventually snap...

Re: 92-95 Civic shocks fit 96-00 Civic??? (94eg!)
can you just swap the lca's and make it fit right? I am too lazy to go out and see if they are different, but I was wondering if I could put the suspension off my ej8 onto my new eh2 I bought.

Don't get spacers get a new bushing if anything.. .
The longer bushing will more properly distribute load.
I hope you are getting these shocks for free b/c you obviously don't value your life that much if you are willig to use spacers or washers!
I will be using EK shocks on the rear of my EG but I am having PIC performance send me EG rear ctrl arms with EK sized bushings in them. The EK bushings are shorter but the same diameter, better consentration of load and less defflection.

They might sell you rear LCAs for a EK with EG bushings... . . I'm not sure, email or call them.

Using 96-00 civic rear lcas will yield a lot more camber than you would have with your oem ones.

Yeah, and it would destroy your trailing arm bushings. Not to mention you couldn't possibly get the toe setting straight...

it's actually really easy. I'll just be using a pair of EG LCA's, so the length will be correct, and simply pressing out the shock bushing and replacing it with the narrower EK bushing.

GUY GUYS GUYS. This dude is not looking for EK arms to fit a EG...
He is merely looking for a EK LCA to have a EG shock bushing instead of a EK shock bushing.
I had PIC Performance quote me for a EG LCA with a EK shock bushing and they said they would do it for the same price as a regular arm b/c the only difference b/t the bushings is the wide.. . I am using Koni Race SPSS3 EK rear shocks on EG LCAs b/c I got a killer deal on them. I am ordering rear LCAs from PIC tonight.
to PIC Performance products and customer service

Well, what happened was i had an eg then it got totaled.. so i got an ek no too long ago. but i stripped all of my aftermarket parts before they salvaged my eg so i have parts lying around and wanted to used them on my ek if possible rather than going through the hassle of selling and purchasing ek suspension.
i have eg omni rear lca also, if i understand correctly i can just get ek bushings for them and the eg shocks and lca will fit the ek?
actually, i just thought about it, they dont make the billet aluminum kind for the ek, so there wouldnt be any ek bushings that would fit would it..?
edit- actually, that wouldnt work either... maybe i'll just suck it up and do it right instead of messing up my car...

The EG LCAs are too short to work on your EK... PERIOD!!!
The EG rear shocks will work with the stock EK LCAs but you have to use spacers or switch to EG bushings (if they fit in EK LCAs)... PEROD!!!
