Vouch Paint/Body Shop in SOCAL - LIST THEM!
Im looking into getting my car painted and also some body work (dings here and there). Any shops you guys would recommend? or wouldnt recommend?
my car is a black eg right now but im thinking about painting it all (engine bay, interior, etc), or just the exterior leaving the insides black (i would rather do the whole paint job but $$$$). im planning on painting the car white or bronze.
so basically; paint + body work. price? full paint or exterior paint. price?
thanks in advance.

My homies dad shop, who's also a member on this site. Bomb *** body work, and paint jobs. J&A Auto Body! Hooked me up many times. I brought my car in a few times and bringing another one in. They do a god damn good job, you'd be amaze. They do really really really really really good body work and the Painter, Jack does a really ******* good job with the paint. I send everyone here and they're always extremely happy. Really resonable with the pricing too. Located in Van Nuys I think, cross streets are Fulton and Sherman Way. I'll get my homie to post pics of their work. They also paint cars (that had lot damage) for near by dealerships like miller infinity and mitshubishi. Shop is always busy, but they do a kick *** job.
errrr he beat me to posting...lol
hey blue i, see if you can find those before and after pics of my car.

Looks to be so. Very nice color. I don't know why so many people think it's hideous.

Re: Vouch Paint/Body Shop in SOCAL - LIST THEM! (integra type s)
i emailed a highly respected, local, paint/body shop and they quoted me $3000 for a inside/outside paint job and some minor body work.
i know they do quality work, but thats too much imo. what do you guys think..?

HAhahahahaha I'd agree with the k0reatown part but not all koreans will ***** you over, specially if you speak to them in korean first
My smog guy even offered me some kind of free lessons for some ****.. mailed it to my house with all these passes/tickets.. whatever I don't need that I just need him to charge me less next time
I know for a fact Vietnamese places will **** you over even if you're Vietnamese (I know a ton I'm not just talking out of my ***..)

haha just like at the swapmeet, i always talk korean cuz they give you some kind of discount... but every body/paint shop ive been to thats korean owned has done less than satisfactory work. they always try to 'hook me up' with a free oil change or some other ****, but its not worth it when i need to go back 2 or 3 times to fix something right.

Oh word maybe it's cause my was was a piece of **** and never got any body work done to it that I don't know.. but yeah native language = they like. Not so much around here cause there's so many damn asians but back home in the tri state it's rare you see another yellow person so they like to treat you nice..
Or even in the Bay it's all negroids and viets so when I go to a korean restaurant it's on like wh0a.

how am i being quick to judge. i just got a quote and said,
"i know they do quality work, but thats too much imo. what do you guys think..?"
not saying they're trying to rip me off or anything...
anyways, i asked around here at my work too and they said thats a good price. its only a month wait also compared to other shops...
thanks guys.
