I am going to give him Till tuesday to get this solved with the buyer. If not I will ban that ip addy and nobody from there will be selling or post on h-t anymore. Or if I see any accounts from that Ip. Since they are sharing accounts and selling parts toghter. Will be perm banned.

pineapple, dude, you are so full of ****, i bought a fatty roll of bubble wrap from uhaul, the same place that i bought the box that the tub was inside. i put bubble wrap inside of the tub and lined it with it when i packaged it. it's funny how all of the pics you've posted were with the trans out of the tub, and all of the other papers and bubble wrap i stuffed in the tub, and what's pictured is not even HALF of what i packed it with.

you didnt use paypal? if so then file a complaint to get your money back.. if it doesnt work then civil court will do. Have the court give him a subpoena for his day in court.

i did use paypal. i have filed a complaint already. they aint doing nuttin. all they said is to call the seller and talk to him about it.

then I would take him to civil court.. have the court give him a subpoena or a summons to show that your willing to sue him over it by taking it to civil court or you can get your money back and come to an agreement then you will drop the case against him.

guess they were banned already. he should of stepped up to try and get this situation figured out so noone could have gotten banned.
