Default 2007 Odyssey - downshift problem?

2007 EX-L just under 120K mile. This is our family vehicle so I keep it very well maintained.

About 3 oil changes ago we notice a harsh clunk from 2nd into 1st gear when coming to a stop. When we first noticed, would do it about ever 3 stops out of 10. Why would our Odyssey make a harsh/clunk downshift when coming to a stop(clunks from 2nd to 1st gear)? It does not do it all the time. Now it is annoying.. I would say 6 out of 10 stops. It almost acts as if it is trying to downshift to soon and clunks. The fluids are clean, no burn smell or discolored.

Upshift is good tight shifts. Downshifts are good tight, with exception from 2nd into 1st.

Could it be a misfire causing shift point problem? Would it possibly be the throttle position sensor? MAP sense? Solenoid going bad? I have no CELs.
