We had a fun weekend. Turned a "throw-away" car into a driver. Took about 10 hours on the frame rack.
Still needs about 5-10 hours of spot welding and fine tuning, but not to shabby. Runs and drives great. Drove it home 10 miles.

Hey guys!
I haven't checked in for a while, since I sold the em1 last summer really.
I'm selling Hondas now at Underriner.
I just wanted to let you guys know because when you're new in a business like this referrals are key to being successful. So if any of you guys refer friends or family members to me, and they buy a car, I'll send you an official check for $50. If you come get one, I'll give you a killer deal. Also, if you guys need parts/accessories I can probably get you good deals too.
We have 2 CRZs and 3 Civic Si sedans in stock!
http://www.underrinerhonda.com/
Call or email!
Thanks guys!

Re: Montana MT 406 unOfficial Page
So who in Montana can help me register a car? It's kind of a weird situation but I will pay you for your time in helping me, so I do not have to get a Montana license and go through all that bs.
Basic story: Bought a car from Virginia and its parts only. Virginia will give me a title that is not parts only if I take the car to Virginia to be inspected. 2800 miles from Portland.. Not gonna happen.
Oregon does not do parts only and neither does Washington. I called Montana dmv and they said that it would need a stage 2 inspection and bring proof where the parts came from and its good to go as long as its registered by a Montana resident.
I bought a complete parts car to fix this one and have all the bills of sale and pictures of the build and documents from the auctions and sellers for both vehicles.
Anyways pm a phone number or post up if your willing to help out. It's not a scam and I am willing to compensate you for helping me out.
P.s I am looking to do this in Missoula or somewhere close to the boarder so I don't have to drive so far.

Currenty the car has a "parts only" title because in Virginia if your car is stolen they do not want you buying it back from insurance and putting all the parts back on and getting a free car.
You can how ever with documentation of you rebulding the car aka showing where the missing parts came from they will charge you 125.00 for the state inspection and reissue a title for it.
Problem being thats 2800 miles from Portland oregon where I live now.
Mondata is the closest state to me that has no tax like Oregon and does the same police inspection. Oregon does not do state patrol inspections or parts only title. I would do it here if I could.
The car is a 2008 honda s2000, I bought another 2008 s2000 that was wrecked for the drive train and interior.
I am not changing the title for it to be a parts car, I am changing the title so that way it will be road worthy again with a normal salvage title.

When I talked to the Washington dmv the lady could not give me an answer to as if they could do it 100% for the parts only title. Also in Washington I would have to pay tax on the current value roughly kbb 25k.

But you can get a VIN inspection sheet off of the MT or Idaho DMV websites and a local officer should be able to do it, but they might not because they wont want you to register the car out of state if it lives there. VIN inspections and title changes can either be a massive pain in the *** or super easy. Your case sounds like the former.

Idaho does do it, but you need to have 2 inspections. One before your start working on it and one when its done. My brother and half my family lives there. But since the car is 99% complete that won't work.

300 cubic inch inline 6 GMC engine. I did the majority of the hard fab, cage, sheet metal body, aluminum seat and zoomie header. My buddy Patch made the intake with three 2 barrels on it. and they built the engine down at 4th street machine. A real period correct rail wouldn't have had the funny car cage, they just had a roll bar, if you were lucky. BUT, we knew nobody would let us run it without the funny car cage. an okay trade off. Was a fun project. I'd like to do it again with an S2000 engine.
I love to talk about that car, so my apologies on that.
These door bars are a bitch. Note to self, if you know you're gonna do NASCAR door bars, make sure the main hoop legs and the A-pillar bar legs are on the same plane and parallel.
Thanks man.
what shell, how wrecked? pics? title?
