PS, I didn't want to come off as knockin your setup....the power is still VERY respectable. There are alot of guys running FI here not making that kind of power. It would just be sinister IF you could keep the torque up till the end.

Much congrats and enjoy.

Just realized something, have you tried messing with the horn lengths on the ITB's?

EDIT: Nevermind, saw you sold the ITB's before the project was complete.

Great info Nikos, thanks for posting! Any interesting details on the assembly? Which oil pump did you use? Which chain tensioner?

Looks great mang.

I'm definitely in with the rest for an RLZ job on the head, you can see how it's got a ton more torque in there, just over 5k she's choking a bit.

Sucks you had to ditch the ITBs, but great job

I took around 200 pics of the assembly with my Nikon but I just have not found the time to short them out in order to make a thread about the assembly

I used a k20a2 oil pump and installation was pretty straight forward. Only modification was that the oil pump had to be cut a little bit to fit on the block and a hole previously used by the balance shafts had to be shut.

Here;s a sample of some pics I made, I wll make sure to update this thread when I get the guide written
