The mounting kit is only designed for use with the RSX shifter boxes and cables. If you wanted to use an H-series shifter assembly, your best bet would be to mount the shifter on top of the tunnel without the kit. You would then have to drill a hole in your firewall for the cable routing and you may have to hack up your cup holder area within the console. When using a K-series motor (non-TSX tranny), I would highly recommend just using the RSX shifter box and cables for simpler install, cleaner appearance, and proper function.</TD></TR></TABLE>
I'd like to bump for Brian @ KARCEPTS. This guys workmanship is the best I've seen. Whenever and where ever he goes and pops his hood and with the cleanest K swap around everyone is drop jawed.
Great products and great workmanship plus this guy won't disappear like some other K series guys. He is committed to the Honda community.
He can also autocross fairly well for a spastic driver.

With hasport mounts, you can make your own axles by combining rsx and gsr axles. ( bseries)
It is pretty straight forward how to do it.

Did anybody ever find out if this trick, or one that is similar, will work with the Hybrid mounts?

Nice writeup
I have a question about what parts that can be used from a EDM STREAM with a K20A1 engine (150 hp). This is the only crashed K-series car I have found here in Denmark. I'm thinking about engine harness, axles, tranny, sensors etc. I'm building a K24/K20A drag EG so I just need stuff for racing

what if you are using a 36 mm hub such as JDM ITR 5 lug? then could you use the RSX axles unmodified ?

-Chameleon I have that problem with mine, causes a bit of vibration at higher rpms. I was told by hasport that of 5 cars they did 3 of them cleared the ps rack no problem. The other two didnt, and appeard to have been in a wreck or curbed one time in there life bending it. Also there is room for adjustment on the rack by loosening the bolts and sliding it back a smidge. I still have yet to try this.
Also for the power steering line, since i had a wrecked rsx-s, I simply took the stock p/s line from the rsx-s and it screwd directly into my rack. I had to bend it a smidge but the length was perfect and overall it worked fine. This was on a Si 95 hatchback btw...
As for the wiring, ive never wired up anything aside of a pioneer cd player in my car. I paid someone to have my alarm installed because I couldnt figure it out, yet I managed with the help of the forum to wire up my kswap completely running. So its not that bad.
Oh and thanks Nikos again youve saved me numerous times

Re: Re: (SleepRdc2)
I did a read up on the axle thing on k20a.org...it seems like the passenger side is going to be short. Something about flipping the inner hubs to compensate for it. Not 100% sure but there is a good thread about it there. Some people have different opinions about it though...hence the confusion on my part
