Default Swap Shops in Tri-State area

I tried and did my search... but I see old topics, so I wanted to have an up-do-date advice on this.

Can anyone recommend a decent shop or mechanic that can do an h22(or h23) swap into an obd1 manual gen 5 accord around tri-state area? What is needed is conversion to obd1, engine install and hookup, making it run chipped ecu with correct basemap, making sure it all runs as it's supposed to, changing timing belt, tensioner and water pump. I do not need dyno-tuning, all-star-drag-racing, head porting... just a nice and smooth stock-like engine install with attention paid to details.

Preferably central NJ, but I can travel anywhere within 1,5 hrs from there. Also, any idea on what would be the fair price for a job like this nowadays? I am not looking for a fancy expensive shop, but for someone who can do the job right, take responsibility and will not over-charge me, backed up by good reputation around here (and I do understand that this is not going to be the cheapest one out there, either).
