question about "salvage" titles
quick question, my car got stolen and it was reported to authorites and what not. cops found it and gave it back, was stripped hood, rims, system etc., so now question is does that give it a "salvaged" title? or do u only get salvaged titles when u claim insurence on it? i never had full coverage so im SOL on getting my stuff replaced.

Correct. The insurance company would normally get the title from you, then deam the car as a salvaged car when they total loss it.
Since your title never changed hands, you don't have to do anything. You could get it inspected or whatever your state requires, and tag it.
You could fix it, sell it with 100% clean title cuz that is what you have on it, a clean title.

I had my car stolen awhile back. They only stole my fog lights, spare tire, and car stereo. Since it was not that much in stolen stuff, the cost to replace it was not much more than my deductible. So instead, I replaced everything myself to keep the clean title.

Re: question about "salvage" titles (All-Motor H22A)
your **** remains clean title unless u had full coverage
but it will still be on record that it was stolen and recovered but will still have clean title
