D15B7 to D15Z8 swap
Hello guys, so I have a 93 Civic with half dead D15B7 and I got my hands on wery cheap D15Z8 (economy vtec). Guy, which I bought it from gave me engine, P9l ECU, fuel rail with injectors, wiring that goes from from ECU to right front strut tower and VTEC solenoid. My questions are :
1. Will I need distributor from the Z8?
2. Will the wiring be direct fit to engine harness or will i need OBD 1 to OBD 2 conversion?
3. How do I wire the vtec?
4. Anymore suggestions?
Thanks in advance

Nice!
Not yet, tried to exchange the oki circuit from the old one, didn’t work, tried to immo off the thing, didn’t work either, I’m not sure if I did it correctly though, heard the P9L is somewhat different, do you know anything about it?
