for the s2k owners
I'm wondering if any of you guys have this problem in any other states? I've had two s2000's come into the shop for service in the past week or so and when i opened the airbox i have found a surprise in both. The one that came in today had rat poison in it and the one last week had about three pounds of bird seed in it. Both of the customers store their cars in their garages. Apparently the mice think the airbox is a good place to live and store their food for the winter. Anybody on here have any similar stories?

Re: for the s2k owners
i leave bird seed in my intake box on purpose, the kind that attracts the colorful birds. Then when they make their nest in there, i take the cone off my filter and go WOT and let them all get sucked up.

Yes I've seen this in many volvos/jags in my old shop, crazy isn't it?!
It's a problem though cause it attracts those creatures and they get under there and start chewing around.
Bird seed, dog/cat food, any animal food
