I've got a JDM h22 in my accord right now and im looking to take it out and have is rebuilt professionally.

Who are the best Honda engine builders in North America?????

I'm looking to build an all motor h22 and have a budget of about 3500-4000USD for the build?

Any suggestions? Does anyone have experience with JG Engine Dynamics?
