Default Valve Cover Torque

Im doing the Valve cover gasket and Im wondering what the torque is for the bolts on the valve cover. The book says its 11ft-lbs but for the rocker arm cover bolts. Is that what they call the valve cover in the book?

You just need to hand tighten them snug. If anything, 9-10ft-lbs.

Did you inspect the seals under the valve cover for the spark plug holes when you had the valve cover off?

HA. chilton is like the cliff notes. the helms literally tells you how to take apart and put back together the entire car.

Is it just me or are these things pretty hard to find. Can someone point me in the direction of where I can get a Helms?
