Drill it. And when u reinstall the new rotors dont use the screws, you dont need them most other car makers do not use them. Using them just makes it a pain in the *** to get them out next time.

Search next time because this has been covered like 1 million times:
If you strip the screw dont start cying just yet. Grab the Dremel and cut a slit across the screw and then use the flat bit that came with your impact driver. If all else fails just drill the screw out, take the rotor off, grind the remaining screw off and leave it or drill it again and use a screw extractor to get the rest out and buy a new set. Sounds complicated but it isnt, always use PB Blaster, I have done all of these suggestions (including grinding them off) and I have never had a problem.

I have never been able to get those off with a regular phillips screwdriver but I always try until it is stripped . Impact drivers are the only way I have been able to get them off.

there are also 2 holes in the rotor that are threaded to accept 12mm bolts. if u can thread them in there right, you can snap the head of the screw.
