Misfire when cold?

Misfire when cold?
OK, got a weird one, 93 Prelude was H23 but is now an H22A4,
When I start the car, it doesn't want to start sometimes unless I give it some gas. But if I give it gas it misfires like crazy. (misfire CEL) But after I keep it idling for about 10-seconds it idles fine. No misfire or anything. However, if I give it gas it misfires until it runs for about 3 minutes, then it's smooth sailing.
Any ideas?
Already got new plugs and wires.
