Default How to set the TPS

Okay so I have removed both TPS sensors, and Im looking at the TPS and well it looks like its going to be a pain in the *** to adjust it right.

Question
How do I set it properly?
Do i just guess, put it in there where I think it will go good at. Install it and measure the voltage, and if its wrong try and adjust it again?

Yes Ive searche too

You can plug it into the harness, turn on the ignition and adjust to .45V or you can use an ohm meter to achieve the same thing. Measure the outside leads, and adjust so that the ratio of the resistance is 0.45/5.0v. Then tighten those weird screws or replace with some normal kind.
