HELP! Broken Lug on a 5G
I was rotating my tires today and when i was tightening down the lug it snapped off. I was even being careful and trying not to over tighten it but I guess I'm just too strong . What is the easiest way to replace the lug and is there an aftermarket one that would be stronger? Please respond soon as I'm not that comfortable driving around missing a lug nut.

You can just get a replacement at about any autoparts store.. NAPA is good with that stuff.. I snap mine all the time and always have extras around.. Make sure to bring your old one when you go to match it up..
Your fine with 4 lugs, just take it easy.. =~)

just hit the old one with a hammer and it will knock out.. when putting the new one on, slip it in and put a lugnut on the stud and tighten it down to pull it threw the hub, you might have to stack a couple of washers.. Good luck

ahhggg!!!!
ok...tried tonight to remove it...
1. took the wheel off
2. took the rotor off
3. took the castle nut of the axle
4. the manual told be that i had to remove the entire spindle and have the hub pressed apart by a hydrolic press so that i can hammer out the lugs!!?
