I have an H23a from a 92 Lude which ran perfenct and a 93 H22a head with 40k set up with JDM S cams and new cam seals.
Would make a beautiful Frankenstien romper with about 240 hp with headers and cold air and probably 280+ with a nice ECU and chip. Thinking about throwing a Venom Intake in with it (anodized blue).
Also, I am parting out a 92 Lude Si.

wow I had this frankenstien set up, and didn't have those kind of numbers, I couldn't imagine head work would give you 280.
But I concur about honda motors kind of, the customer service isn't all that great, but I bought a h22 long block there, and it runs great, and doesn't burn a drop of oil.
