Default Differences between USDM h22 head and type-S head?

Aside from the valvetrain?

aka, did honda do a factory PnP job on the type S head? any other differences?

as far as i know, just the valve angle that was different. i don't hink honda did any pnp on any motors except for the type-r and nsx motors.

ITR sized TB, slightly larger diameter header tubing, different retainers and springs, different cams. Finer grain casting for smoother port surface finish.
