quaife is good; helical gears
kaaz is also good but is clutch type; rebuilds are pita
spool is alright; turning radius
oem lsd is also good for n/a; try to find a h2b4 tranny
quaife is beefier for fi.

J's racing also makes a clutch type lsd - 1.5 way. http://www.randmotorsports.com carries it, but i do believe you have to email them because its not on the site.
