Default b16 head on b20a block??

i know that the b16 head should fit on any b seires block but iv heard some conflicting reviews about the b20a block? anyone know anything about this?

If you're going towards that route, B20 block with B18C cylinder head would be a monster torqe machine...good luck

it sure is.... and the 3rd gen ludes come with the b20

No it doesnt.

It comes with a b20 that is a bastard of all b motors and can not accept a dohc vtec head.

If if this hybrid was possible, which its not, why are u claiming a b18c head is better than a b16 head?

maybe he meant the type r head and not the gsr head. and yes the b20 in the 3rd gen is a basterd child.

well the b16 head is suppose to flow better then the gsr head. pretty much that is the reason for the b18c1 bottom b16a head aka poor mans type r
