I wear a Joe Rocket phoenix 4.0. It is really really good as far as keeping cool, and has ce approved shoulder, elbow and back armor. I'm not sure how it would do for abrasion resistance though.

I believe mine is called Icon Timax. It's got nicer and tighter mesh than my passenger's jacket (joerocket mesh). That being said, the armor itself is near non-existant, padding and actual armor-wise.

I've got the same jacket. I've been meaning to put it on ebay. I'd hate to go down in it--even at a very slow speed. That thing's one step (tiiiiny step) above a denim jacket.

Thats what I wear here in hot humid florida, its very cool. Own a black one, which i was told it will get hotter but really don't.
